I. Fixed-Direction Voltage Level Shifters

The data transmission direction for these devices is fixed (e.g. from A to B) and typically requires a direction control pin (DIR) to set it.

TXU0304: This is a 4-bit, dual-supply, in-phase, fixed-direction voltage level shifter. Both its A and B ports support a wide voltage range of 1.1V to 5.5V, with data rates of up to 200 Mbps. It utilises Schmitt trigger inputs, offers strong noise immunity, and has a low quiescent current of just 2.5 µA at 25°C, making it ideal for power-sensitive applications.

LMK00804BQWRGTRQ1: This is a high-performance clock fan-out buffer and level shifter compliant with the AEC-Q100 automotive standard. It supports a variety of input and output levels and features low jitter, making it suitable for applications with extremely high requirements for timing and reliability, such as automotive ADAS radar systems.

 

II. Automatic Bidirectional Voltage Level Shifter

The key feature of this type of device is that it does not require a direction control pin (DIR); it can automatically detect and switch the data transmission direction, greatly simplifying design and software control.

LSF0108QPWRQ1: An automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) 8-bit bidirectional multi-voltage level shifter. It supports adaptive direction detection, with a VCCA range of 0.95 V to 4.5 V and a VCCB range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, and supports data transmission rates of up to 100 MHz. It is ideally suited for automotive applications such as infotainment systems, body control modules (BCMs) and ADAS.

TXB0604: A 4-bit high-speed automatic bidirectional voltage level converter. Its A port supports 0.9 V to 2 V, whilst the B port supports 1.65 V to 3.6 V. With a maximum data rate of up to 345 Mbps, it is specifically designed for high-speed serial interfaces such as QSPI, OSPI and eSPI.

PCA9306DCTR: A dual-channel bidirectional I²C and SMBus voltage level converter. It supports bidirectional voltage conversion between 1.2 V and 5 V, requires no direction pins, and is optimised for buses such as I²C and SMBus.

LSF0102QDCURQ1: An automotive-grade (AEC-Q100 Grade 1) dual-channel automatic bidirectional multi-voltage level converter. It requires no direction control pin and is specifically designed for signal interconnection between interfaces in different voltage domains—such as I²C, SPI, UART and GPIO—within automotive systems.

LSF0101DRYR: A single-channel automatic bidirectional multi-voltage level converter. It requires no DIR pin and is suitable for buses such as PMBus, I²C and SMBus.
