Customers firstly classify the backlog of inventory to determine the model, brand, production date, quantity, package form and packaging status. Customers can send the detailed inventory list to our valuation team via email or fax.
2、Professional evaluation and quotation
Upon receipt of the inventory list, the company will complete the initial evaluation and provide feedback on the quotation proposal within 24 hours.
3、Agreement signing and logistics arrangement
After both parties agree on the price, a formal recycling contract is signed to clarify the details of the transaction.
4、Goods inspection and quick payment
After the goods arrive at the warehouse, the final quality verification of the products will be carried out. In RF systems, precise control of signal power levels is critical for applications such as automatic gain control (AGC), power calibration, and signal protection. Qorvo's digital step attenuators (DSAs), like the QPC3624 and QPC4614, are ideal choices due to their high precision, high linearity, and fast switching capabilities.
Both the QPC3624 and QPC4614 are 6-bit attenuators offering 0.5dB steps with a total attenuation range of 31.5dB. They exhibit an insertion loss of just 1.2dB at 1GHz and maintain high linearity across a wide bandwidth (5MHz-2000MHz for the QPC4614), with typical IIP3 reaching 69dBm. Their patented circuit architecture ensures no overshoot transients during switching, with typical switching speeds faster than 250 nanoseconds.
VPIN Limiter: The “Guardian” of the Receive Channel
The VPIN limiter is a critical component protecting sensitive receiver elements (such as low-noise amplifiers) from damage by high-power incident signals (e.g., radar pulses, jamming signals). Its core principle involves exhibiting low insertion loss at low input power while automatically activating at high power to limit output power to safe levels. Qorvo's TGL2205 exemplifies a high-performance broadband VPIN limiter.
Operating across the 1-6GHz frequency range, the TGL2205 features low insertion loss down to 0.5dB and 12dB return loss. It withstands input pulse power up to 100W while limiting leakage power below 16dBm. Crucially, it requires no DC bias, simplifying system design. The TGL2201-SM covers an even broader 2-12 GHz band and is equally suitable for receiver protection in radar and phased array systems.
