XC7Z020-L1CLG400I is a 28nm process heterogeneous multi-core system-on-chip (SoC) that integrates a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 MPCore processor system (PS) with Artix-7 architecture programmable logic (PL), combining the system flexibility of a general-purpose processor with the hardware acceleration and interface customisation capabilities of an FPGA.
 
In terms of electrical specifications, the XC7Z020-L1CLG400I supports multi-voltage I/O ranging from 1.2V to 3.3V, with a core voltage of approximately 0.9V. It supports dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS) and operates within an industrial-grade temperature range of -40°C to +100°C (junction temperature). The XC7Z020-L1CLG400I is suitable for applications such as industrial control, machine vision, communication gateways and automotive electronic assistance systems.
