AD8398AACPZ Integrated Circuit Chip Single Port VDSL2 Line Driver With Shutdown
The AD8398AACPZ features two high-speed voltage feedback operational amplifiers, making it an ideal differential line driver for ADSL2+, VDSL2, and power line communications applications. This integrated circuit delivers high output current, exceptional bandwidth, fast slew rate, and outstanding multitone power ratio performance with common-mode stability. Available in a thermally enhanced 4mm * 4mm, 16-lead LFCSP package.
Power Management
Advanced power management functionality is provided through two CMOS-compatible control pins (PD0 and PD1), enabling selection of four operating modes: full power, medium power, low power, or complete power-down. In power-down mode, quiescent current reduces to just 0.7 mA. Operating temperature range spans from -40°C to +85°C.
