BTS5016-1EKB Integrated Circuit Chip Single Channel Automotive Smart High-Side Switch PG-DSO-14

BTS5016-1EKB is a 16 mΩ single channel Smart High-Side Switch, embedded in PG-DSO-14-47 EP, Exposed Pad package, with protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by an N-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump. BTS5016-1EKB is integrated in Smart6 technology. It is specially designed to drive lamps up to H1/H4/H7/H9, as well as LEDs in the harsh automotive environment.
